As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LF60842050), I draw on 20 years of experience working with youth and adults in a wide variety of contexts. I focus on clients as unique and complete people. This allows us to work together, building on strengths and acknowledging challenges. I enjoy meeting clients where they are in their lives. I’ve been told that I am able to support growth utilizing an approach that is collaborative, curious, honest, playful, and celebratory. My background in eco-psychology,  experiential therapy, rites of passage, social work, and career counseling has taught me that people naturally find clarity and growth once their challenges are understood and addressed. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and adults in times of transitions. I hold a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle.
